Lucy rupert: archival project
Dancemakers is lucky to have Lucy Rupert revisiting one of Dancemakers' most well-documented works: Serge Bennathan's "Chronicles of a Simple Life" as part of our 50th Anniversary Archival Project.
Lucy Rupert is located in Toronto/Tkaronto and works with dance, music and writing. In 2004, she founded Blue Ceiling Dance, which "embraces environmentalism, imagination, interconnectivity, passion and quirk to peer into the mysterious corners of the universe. We make works about the natural systems of our planet and the universe, collaborating with researchers and scientists in many fields in our quest to bring abstract concepts into human form."
