Do you know someone who would make a great contribution to Dancemakers?

Dancemakers is looking for a wide range of dance artists and arts workers to contribute to our Board of Directors.

The board that stepped forward in 2021 is gradually and intentionally making space for other voices and leaders to shape Dancemakers. As we grow into a more community-led organization, we hope that other dancers will feel inspired to contribute their time by sitting on the board of directors.

Over a three-year term, new board members will assist with processing community feedback, contribute to a three-year strategic plan and support experimental programming with reflective processing.

We especially welcome nominations for Black, Indigenous and people of colour as well as those who live with visible and/or invisible disabilities.

Please let us know if you (or someone you know)would be interested in helping shape Dancemakers as it moves forward.
