Misha Petrenko is a Canadian / Ukrainian cinematographer known for his collaboration with directors Zaza Urushadze, Cuong Ngo, Aircastle, Perlorian Brothers to name a few.
For his work on Pearls Of The Far East (2011), which was one of the first films shot on Red Digital Cinema camera in Asia, he won California Independent Film Festival, Geneva Film Festival and other awards for his cinematography. He also shot Anton (2019), last film by renowned Georgian director Zaza Urushadze known for his previous nominations for Golden Globes and Oscar.
Misha is a cinematographer who moves fluidly between narrative, commercial, and hybrid cinema, adapting his visual language to each form with ease.
