Working across various instances of sound/music creation and production, Julian specializes in crafting immersive sonic environments that enhance visual storytelling in the form of animation, video, film, and performance. Recent scores, sound design and mixes can be heard in Balloon of Happiness by Ryusun and Fins by Olivia Wilyman. With a presence in sound studio spaces in both Tiohtià:ke/Montréal and K’jipuktuk/Halifax, Julian continues to exercise his ear in favour of critical listening and interpretation. The core of Julian’s creative practice lies in the writing, composing, and producing of his own music. In 2025, he released an EP titled Go on as before. He is currently in the process of finishing up his first full length album under his band duo ‘Demo Sheep.’
