Helee Mehta’s journey in the performing arts began early, with Bharatanatyam at the age of 5, where she developed a deep appreciation for classical dance and storytelling. In addition to Bharatanatyam training, she has participated in various Garba competitions and dance performances, immersing herself in the joyful and energetic rhythms of this traditional folk dance.

She’s also actively involved in community theater, where she explores different characters and emotions on stage, adding to her versatile experience as a performer. Whether through the elegance of Bharatanatyam, the vibrant energy of Garba, or the dramatic expressions of theater, she is passionate about using dance and performance to connect with others and share meaningful stories.
